COMEFRONT TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to ComeFront. By creating an account and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Parham Paziraie d/b/a ComeFront ("ComeFront," "we," "us," or "our"). The Platform includes all services, features, and functionalities provided through the website, mobile applications, and any other platforms operated by ComeFront.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account information
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may only change your username and country of origin once per year.

All content on this site, including but not limited to:

• User interface designs
• Operation functionality
• Text, graphics, logos, icons, images
• Audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations
• Software and code

Is the exclusive property of Parham Paziraie and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Restrictions on Use

You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any portion of the Service
• Attempt to derive the source code of, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or modify any part of the Service
• Create derivative works based on any portion of the Service

You expressly agree that:

• Templates become our exclusive property upon creation
• No claims for compensation or credit will be entertained
• Access to create templates is contingent on accepting this transfer
• We may modify, delete, or redistribute templates without notice

6. Information Categories and Usage Rights

6.1 Personal/Connected Information

When using personal features (Desk, Noticeboard, Agreement):

• Your content is shared only with explicitly connected users
• You retain ownership but grant ComeFront a necessary operational license to store, process, and display your content
• We process this data solely to enable feature functionality
• Access controls are implemented to restrict visibility to your connected network

6.2 Global/Public Information

The World Peace (Peace World) feature operates in experimental mode:

• All information submitted is publicly accessible to all users
• ComeFront makes no representations regarding the accuracy or reliability of information
• This feature serves purely informational purposes
• We accept no legal liability or consequences for content displayed through this feature

6.3 User-Created Templates

IMPORTANT: By creating or submitting any template on the ComeFront platform, you agree that:

• You irrevocably and unconditionally transfer all rights, title, and interest in the template to ComeFront
• You waive all claims of ownership, authorship, attribution, or compensation
• ComeFront gains exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide rights to the template
• This transfer is required and mandatory for template creation
• No exceptions, partial transfers, or reservations of rights are accepted
• You acknowledge this is a "take it or leave it" arrangement - you must accept complete transfer or refrain from creating templates

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Posting content that is hateful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Using profane language or offensive content
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Interfering with or disrupting the service
• Using automated tools (bots) to access or interact with the service
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or systems
• Engaging in any form of spam or unsolicited advertising

8. Donations

ComeFront accepts voluntary donations to maintain infrastructure, operations, upgrades, and to support our goals. All donations are final and non-refundable. By making a donation, you confirm that you have the legal authority to make the payment and that the information you provide is accurate.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Data Retention

We will maintain your data for as long as possible to ensure continuity of service, but we are not obligated to retain your data for any specific period. We may delete inactive accounts or data at our discretion.

11. Geographic Limitations

ComeFront is primarily designed for and made available to users in the United States. Access from other countries may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

12. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT WILL COMEFRONT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

4.3 Template Ownership Transfer

IMPORTANT: When you create templates:

• Template data immediately transfers to ComeFront ownership
• Former creators retain no privacy rights to transferred content
• We may use, modify, distribute, or share templates without restriction
• We have no obligation to maintain privacy of transferred template content

4.4 Service Providers

• Payment processors (Stripe) for donation processing
• Email service providers (Gmail SMTP) for sending notifications
• Database and hosting providers for data storage

4.5 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, to:

• Comply with legal process or government requests
• Protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property
• Prevent illegal activity

5. Access Control Implementation

5.1 Personal/Connected Features

• Desk, Noticeboard, Agreement implement connection-based access controls
• Data is encrypted and restricted to explicitly connected users
• Viewing permissions require valid user connection

5.2 Public Features

• World Peace (Peace World) implements no access restrictions
• All content is publicly viewable without authentication
• No privacy guarantees apply to public submissions

5.3 Template Information

• Templates transfer all privacy rights to ComeFront
• No access controls apply to our use of templates
• We may publicly display or share templates as we determine

6. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We may retain information for longer periods to:

• Comply with legal obligations
• Resolve disputes
• Enforce our agreements

While we attempt to preserve data when possible, we are not obligated to retain your data for any specific period.

7. Security Measures
